Mya Wollf is a Master’s level Expressive Arts Therapist, Psychotherapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with over 19 years experience in supporting community through mental health services, outreach and wellness. She lives and practices on the traditional, stolen, unceded, ancestral territories of the of kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikewtlem), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Stó:lō, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nation, and holds great reverence, respect and gratitude for these territories and their traditions. Mya is Queer, Neurodivergent and Disabled, and is incredibly passionate about creating accessible therapeutic spaces that are inclusive and accessible for people of all cultures, abilities, gender identities and expressions. Mya offers services that are trauma-informed, strength based, harm reductive and client-centered, which helps to create a safe frame for clients to explore the issues arising from Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, chronic pain, grief, complex trauma, personality disorders, dissociative identity disorder, ritual abuse, plurality and complex trauma.
